I live, coach, write and speak about mindset, creativity, entrepreneurship, self-expression, worthiness, and personal transformation.

Through my work, creations and online platforms, I hand out permission slips to women everywhere to activate who they truly are and live an audaciously full and beautiful life built from their own desires – and by their own design.

MENTORING 

I have been coaching and mentoring in the fields of social media, digital business, personal development and creativity for eight years. I work with women across the globe who are leading conscious families, workplaces, communities, and businesses to enrich the world in exquisite and meaningful ways.

My clients and I work together on things such as (but not limited to):

  • Self-leadership in life and business

  • Marketing, social media and communications

  • Love and relationships

  • Designing your unique business structure, services and creations

  • Strengthening your voice and storytelling skills

I believe support should be accessible to everyone, and I offer a very simple and approachable way of working with me.

This takes place within a private chat space with the option of adding a weekly 30-minute phone call.

A minimum 2-week commitment is required. If you are interested in longer term support or creating a bespoke coaching package, get in touch with me and we can discuss options.

WRITING 

With over a decade of experience in blogging, social media and corporate communications, my writing style ranges from personal and conversational to insightful and professional.

I am available for freelance writing and editing projects that align with my creative skillset and calendar.

SPEAKING 

I am a warm, effervescent and engaging speaker, MC and presenter with a natural ability to connect with all types of audiences.

I am available for podcast interviews, as well as opportunities for speaking engagements, hosting events and guest speaking at workshops and retreats, in-person or online.
